Forwarding a message from Roger Harbison from earlier today:
"Striegel Asphalt will be paving the remaining streets in the Copperfield Subdivision that have not yet gotten the final coat of asphalt surface starting Wednesday morning (April 26, 2017) and then they should finish the project on Thursday (April 27, 2017). If you can let the homeowners know not to park on the street for those two days or until they finish if it might take longer, that would be very helpful. Thank you." The next quarterly Director's Meeting is Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Georgetown Christian Church at 4 p.m. Board members will be discussing issues that relate to running the HOA. Residents are welcome to attend. We ask that all attendees consider bringing canned good(s)/non-perishable(s) to the meeting which will be donated to the church's Food Pantry as a thank you for letting us use their room.
The 2017 Annual HOA fee is due Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Then after the 30 day grace period, the Covenant requires a 15% per annum late fee assessed. Please notify us if you have special circumstances that will delay your payment so we can work with you and reach a manageable solution.
The paving project has been put on hold for the winter months since the asphalt paving plant that is used is now closed for the winter. The project will resume in the spring.
