The following are some Highlights of the Covenants. Please read the Covenants and Bylaws for the entire list:
- No habitual parking on the streets
- No parking on the grass
- Animals must be either contained to their owners' lot or must be on a leash. (This is according to the Town of Georgetown laws.)
- No above-ground pools
- Following items need approval from HOA Board:
- any construction of a structure on your lot (shed, garage, fence, porch, etc.)
- in-ground pools
- mailbox replacement/installation
- sidewalk replacement/repair
