HOA DUES
Dues
Per the Copperfield Covenants, each lot in Copperfield is responsible for an annual HOA fee of $150 to be paid by January 1 of each year. After a 30-day grace period following the due date, a late fee of 15% per annum will be assessed.

What is covered by my Dues?
Your HOA dues include, but are not limited to, the following:
Common Areas
HOA Board Members are your fellow neighbors. They have been elected by Copperfield homeowners. Each board member volunteers their time and talent; they are not monetarily compensated for their services.
Common Areas
- Lawn and landscape maintenance
- Irrigation
- Lighting (including bulbs, cans, repair, replacement)
- Electric and water utilities
- Any insurance premiums and/or property taxes owed on the common areas
- Basic legal fees/Attorney retainer
- Office supplies (postage, paper, envelopes, printing)
- Room rental for meetings
- Computer-related expenses (anti-virus, financial software, website)
