HOA MEETINGS
There are two main types of meetings:
- Annual Homeowners Meeting - Copperfield residents and board members meet to elect new board members, review financial reports, approve the yearly budget, discuss open and new business, and address any resident questions or concerns.

Quarterly Meetings - Board of Directors - The Copperfield HOA board members meet throughout the year to discuss specific issues relating to the running of the HOA.

All board of directors meetings will be held at 5:30 PM at the Georgetown Bakery
In 2024, the HOA Board began the process to review/discuss the HOA Bylaws and Covenants, which have not been reviewed/updated since 2016. This process will continue in 2025. Residents of Copperfield are invited to attend meetings and/or submit feedback via email about issues that are directly related to the Bylaws and Covenants.
